Dr. Johnson Lim
Johnson T. K. Lim earned his Ph.D. from the University of Queensland, 2001. His other academic achievements include a Th.B (Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary, Malaysia), an MM (Trinity Theological College, Singapore), an MA (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, USA) and an M Phil (University of Edinburgh, UK) He also did advanced Hebrew studies at the University of Jerusalem in Israel.As a biblical scholar, his area of specialization includes the Hebrew Bible, Semitic Languages, Homiletics and Hermeneutics. His doctoral and master’s dissertations have been published in internationally renowned monograph series. He has authored a few landmark academic and popular books as well as numerous articles in International journals.
As a Baptist minister and lecturer, he is currently engaged in the ministry of the Word and Writing both locally and regionally. Part of his passion in life is to help people see the funny side of life so that they can live longer and happier!
