George Lazenby is my favourite Bond. Just watched an old, jerky version of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service". It's not just the best Bond film I've even seen, it's one of the best films ever! Daniel Craig is struggling to capture the "humanity" of Bond but Lazenby did it so effortlessly that he literally swept the floor with the cardboard caricatures of Connery's, Moore's, Dalton's and pretty-boy Brosnan's performances. Louis Armstrong's "We Have All The Time In The World" played during the romance-scenes between Lazenby and Diana Rigg made the movie that much sweeter and that much more heartbreaking because we all know how it ends, don't we?
Here's another version by a 12-piece tribute band.
